Our Working Methodology and Strategies.
The Indus Environment Development Organization (IEDO) actively engages in community participation, focusing on the Upper Sindh districts, particularly Kashmore. To enhance our outreach and effectiveness, we have established 12 volunteer committees/groups dedicated to raising awareness about essential services, including basic health, primary education, human rights, and social development.
At IEDO, we prioritize grassroots partnerships to develop effective bottom-up strategies. Through our experience, we have identified three critical elements that, when combined, empower communities to make significant strides in overcoming illiteracy and poverty:
